Welcome to your 4 week Lovingkindness meditation program! I honor you for being present for whatever this course will bring to you. I know it will be powerful beyond words.
What you need to know:
- The Lovingkindness meditation program will begin Sunday, November 19th and will continue each Sunday until December 10th, 2017. (12:00pm PST)
- This four-week program includes four exclusive meditations on Lovingkindness. Each week expanding on the previous to ensure full understanding in the loving-power this practice holds.
- Lovingkindness is a daily practice. I invite you to find time each day to sit and practice the lovingkindness meditation(s). In time, you will begin to see that your practice has become a daily mindset, perhaps a lifestyle. All based on the compassion and love for each (and every) living being.
