What inspires me to do this work is simple - I experience children as unshakably good and worthy, and parents as inherently loving, caring and brave. Having worked with children and families for over a decade, I have been exposed a broad spectrum of backgrounds and parental concerns.

At the heart of my work with children is the belief that behaviour is a form of communication, and that children depend on trusted adults to meet their needs. My perspective is influenced by my education and training in Attachment Theory and research-based child development.

I offer play-based therapy for children (4+) and teens, as well as parenting consultation and training groups in my Associate role at Sandstory Psychology Services in Kitsilano, Vancouver, Canada.
