Hey there! My name is Connor Burns. At the heart of my work is the belief that each of us carries an inner wisdom: a quiet, steady part of ourselves that knows how to heal, given the right conditions.

Therapy offers a space outside of ordinary expectation. A place to slow down, speak honestly, and let yourself be met with care and curiosity.

My approach is relational, heart-centred, and rooted in the belief that our deepest growth comes not from fixing ourselves, but from being fully seen.
